请问大神一个问题啊

我使用宿舍的电脑是win10的操作系统 ionic start 一个项目，报错

我的npm是最新版的 node是6.3.0的，ionic是2.0的 cordova是6.3.1的
请问要怎么解决呢，但是我公司的电脑也是win10的，同样的配置安装环境是可以跑起来的

我升级npm之后在cmd运行 这句命令 npm set registry http://registry.npmjs.org 没有反应
麻烦能给我一个详细的解决方案么，感激不尽，谢谢！
