Addition of an Unencrypted DoH Protocol Option

It seems that while unencryped DoH is somewhat supported in adguardhome (via the allow_unencrypted_doh setting) there is no option to use dnsproxy as a unencryped DoH client.

Would you consider adding it as an option?

You can follow #146, but the PR that is supposed to close it (#302) has not moved for 2 years.

That is for HTTP-only listeners, my request is for dnsproxy to function as an HTTP-only client i.e. to send HTTP DNS queries to a remote resolver. Apologies if unclear.
