Is it possible to use two clocks with different configs?

Hello, I am currently theming my waybar using powerlines.

I have finished the left side and I am going to the center. In the center I have a date and a clock, in the format {:%y/%m/%d | %I:%M:%S}

I was thinking of splitting the clock into a date segment and a time segment. Meaning, one clock module with {:%y/%m/%d} and another with {:%I:%M:%S}.

Is there a way to achieve this?
