Add a README Section for Setup Instructions

Enhancement Request

It would be helpful to add a section in the README providing detailed setup instructions for users who want to run the code in this repository. Currently, there is a lack of information on how to get started with the project after downloading or cloning the repository.

Suggested Content:

• Requirements: List any software dependencies needed before running the code (e.g., Node.js, databases).
• Installation Steps: Provide step-by-step instructions to set up the development environment.
• Running the Project: Explain how to start the application or run any included scripts.

Adding this information will improve user experience and help new contributors effectively engage with the project.

Thanks for the suggestion. The one question I would ask is whether you came to this repo as a reader of the book it supports or some other way? The reason I ask is because since this repo accompanies a book, it's the book itself that is meant to be the information you're looking for (of course, if you DID come as a book reader and found it lacking in this regard then that's something I'd like to address). Basically, it's not really meant to be consumed absent the book...

...that said, I can think of no reason it can't be used on its own. Given that, I would be happy to accept an PR if you - or anyone else - wanted to write such instructions and submit the PR. I'm afraid it's something I don't really have the cycle for though.
