All the playbook needs internet access for is to download Visual C++ and DirectX redistributables as well as NanaZip. All are tools that most people want to install on their PCs anyway, but no part of the playbook actually depends on them. |

+1 for a completely offline way to install AtlasOS. I have a use-case for an offline-only (no internet ever) Gaming PC. |

You might want to use Linux then. Several distros work offline and it's much faster than Windows. Proton will support all the Windows only games you play. You might like Debian or Mint since they focus on stability over the latest features (if you want those, try Fedora or Arch) |
