Send mutation not work

Hello,
I'm using apollo to send a mutation:
const [submitForm, { data, loading }] = useMutation(SUBMIT_FORM)
but I get back empty confirmation and entry, and no submissions appears on Wordpress backend.
why this happen?

Hey @eliawk ,

if entry and confirmation are coming back null on the payload, then you should check their sibling errors object to confirm none of your fieldValues are failing server-side validation.

If that's empty too, turn on WPGraphQL debugging (and WordPress's debug log as well), and share any messages you're getting in the GraphQL response or your debug.log file

hey @justlevine thanks for your answer.
Errors come back as an empty array.
I've had WP_DEBUG_LOG and GRAPHQL_DEBUG but I don't see any debug.log when I make a new submission.

Those logs are coming from the old and abandoned wp-graphql-gutenberg plugin.

Before proceeding any further, you should take the following debug steps:

1. Disable all plugins besides for WPGraphQL, WPGraphQL for Gravity Forms, and Gravity Forms' official plugins. Ensure those still-enabled plugins are on their latest versions. Similarly, if you have any custom PHP code, temporary disable it as well. (This will rule out plugin conflicts/outdated code).

2. With PHP/GraphQL debugging enabled, attempt the mutation using the WPGraphiQL IDE, and share a screenshot (this will rule out an issue with your frontend app, e.g. bad payload data sent to the GraphQL endpoint).

3. • If it doesn't work in WPGraphiQL, then we have a bug. Please send me a replicable test case, so I can test and push a fix.
   • If it does work in WPGraphiQL, start re-enabling plugins/ custom code one at a time, until the issue starts happening again, and we have our culprit and can see how the conflict can be addressed.

If it works in WPGraphiQL with all plugins enabled, then the issue is with your frontend code.

atm I can't update the plugin on the website client, but the forms have worked since last week.
Even using WPGraphiQL the mutation give me the same result:

If everything was working a week ago, then any changes you made since then would be my first guess (including other) plugins that may have autoupdated.

With out a way to replicate (or a bare minimum of debugging info), I'm afraid I can't help further. Ping me once you get server access, or try a clean install locally and see if you can replicate (and if so, open a bug report with the requested template info).
