How to do custom voicelines

If pssible,like how you can with music, how do you add custom voicelines if possible?

Technically you can, but it's not possible to include translations or subtitles, making them very inaccessible to non-english speakers and players with hearing disabilities. It also requires some workarounds which BEE doesn't currently support but could in theory. You can try and figure it out for a custom package though.
