Description:

Adding group to Etabs is essential for the management of the FE Model. This feature is missing.

Expected behaviour:
Push different groups for bars. Potentially, this has to be reviewed in the Tag component. (new tag for component to handle this?)
Pull all groups where the element ID that has been assigned.
