Daily Recaps randomly failing to deliver

Problem

Daily recaps are inconsistently delivered — some days work, others fail silently.

Reproduction

1. Daily recap setting is ON (Home → Settings)
2. Received recaps for some days this week
3. Did NOT receive recaps for Wednesday, Thursday, or Saturday
4. No errors shown, just missing notifications/summaries

Expected

Daily recap delivered every day at scheduled time when setting is enabled

Actual

Random failures — no recap for multiple days despite setting being ON

Impact

Can't rely on daily recaps for workflow; unpredictable delivery

Notes

• Setting has remained ON throughout the week
• No pattern to which days fail (not weekday vs weekend)
• Likely backend job/scheduler issue or notification delivery failure
