How to add, change input in repeater block

I can't add and update any input field section in repeater block. How can I do that?

You should be able to update the details of each block in the themebuilder.

If you want to add blocks to a repeater, add them to the repeater template and refresh the themebuilder, it should automatically pick them up (as long as the repeater is called somewhere in one of the main templates).
