Allow users to import external models in BDT Web APP

As a user, I would like to be able to import external DMN models into my screener project. This will allow me to use pre-built components that provide common functionalities that would be useful for many different screeners.

Current plan

• Create screen on web app that lists available external models
• When a user imports models it is saved as a dependency for their project
• Imported models are available in the DMN editor as well as included in the DMN execution
