Decide on a logo

We can iterate in the future as needed but for now we need to get a logo up for the project

• Create survey draft by 7/22, then refine
• Share survey the week of 7/28 with other Code for Philly volunteers for external input. Ask them to vote for their top 3 choices.
• Present the top 3 choices for a final vote, no later than 8/12

• Discussed with team and asked for any final revisions or new logo ideas by 7/25
• I will put the options into a google form survey and randomize the order in which the logos appear, to avoid and mitigate anchor bias
• Travis said it's fine to post in projects_help_wanted Slack channel to ask other CfP volunteers for feedback. Will post the week of 7/28
