With process changes to use common publication process scripts, there has been some functionality lost in both MD and HTML output. While this may not be the fault of the doc-generator, if it affects the common toolchains it probably needs to be addressed here.

References to other schemas in property descriptions, such as

Link to Collection of Certificate. See the Certificate schema for details.

would have the "Certificate" schema as a clickable shortcut / link to that schema entry in the document. Those no longer occur. Those links are a very useful feature, so this loss of functionality should be addressed.
