Add support for [SkinPath] to Tokens in Templates

I'm trying to load social icons as SVG. It could load them from the skin folder.

## Describe the solution you'd like
 add [SkinPath] token for templates

## Describe alternatives you've considered
<edit> I thought I could use [templatepath] but that does not get parsed in PostDetails.html </edit>
