Code Review
This pull request upgrades the @typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin
dependency. While this is a beneficial update, I've noticed that the corresponding @typescript-eslint/parser
package has not been updated to the same version. These two packages are tightly coupled and should be on the same version to ensure correct behavior and avoid potential linting errors. I have added a comment recommending to also upgrade the parser.

While it's good to upgrade this dependency, @typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin
and @typescript-eslint/parser
are designed to work together and are released in tandem. To prevent potential linting issues, it's highly recommended to upgrade @typescript-eslint/parser
to the same version, 8.40.0
. The parser is currently on version 8.34.1
on the next line.
