About 1000 FPI plants have been entered in ECHOcommunity as Publication Issues in the Publications Food Plants International - Plant Fact Sheets.
Subsequent to loading the FPI database (with all new UUIDs) and completing the programming necessary for edits, public view, and filtering, cross-reference the PublicationIssue UUIDs with the new PlantID UUIDs. Review and resolve any mismatches.
When ready to activate the PlantdB records, repoint the Short URL's pointing to the EC resource records to the new PlantdB records. This will allow the printed plant sign QRs to reference the correct EC location.
Use the matched records to resolve and repoint Related Resource listings to the new URLs.
Deactivate and remove the EC resource records.
