Combine Sentinel-2 and Sentinel-3 NDVI time-series

• Check which Sentinel-3 sensor to use (probably OLCI), which product level and if we need to do some pre-processing before computing NDVI values.
• Check if there's already data in the bucket (use STAC)

Ideas:

• Focus on areas affected by Vaia storm of 2018 (end of September), get areas from colleagues
• Temporal range September 2017 - September 2020
• Compute NDVI weekly values (TBD) and plot the time series of both sensors
• Combination: weekly Sentinel-2 NDVI time series (10-20-60m) weekly Sentinel-3 NDVI time series (res ~300m for OLCI)
