git-fleximod crashes when bringing in new COSP tag in ESCOMP/CAM branch

We are trying to bring in ESCOMP/CAM#1355, but get the following error when we run git-fleximod update on it:

Note that the external user proposed a change to git-fleximod (AI generated) which supposedly fixes the problem. I did not try it as the proper fix is for it to be changed in the official git-fleximod github repo.

The changes that allowed me to checkout the new COSP tag with git-fleximod are here:

It turns out that cam did not update the subtree correctly and you are still using an old version of git-fleximod. See issue ESCOMP/CAM#1421

@jshaw35 Can you try with the this branch of cam:
https://github.com/jedwards4b/CAM/tree/fix_git_fleximod_subtree
It has the .lib directory cleaned up with only the latest 1.0.3 version of git fleximod installed.
