trying to get so people can set diffrent amount of homes based on rank but not working

hi my name is kewier and i have a problem im trying to like make so my server ranks have diffrent amount of homes they can set like some ranks in my server vip, mvp, elite, legend, godlike im trying to make so vip has 1 home they can set and mvp 3 and elite 5 and legend 10 and godlike 30 but when i do the exact same thing as like vip just that it can set to like 5 homes for elite it says max homes that you can do is 3 but i have clearly the elite rank and i tried like a hour to fix this but nothing is working so i came here
