Add upgrade script from Firebird 3.0 to Firebird 4.0 security database #7830
Description
As mentioned today on firebird-devel in thread First version of "Firebird 5 Quick Start Guide", there was apparently a change to the PLG$SRP_VIEW between Firebird 3.0 and 4.0. This was not recorded in the release notes, nor was an upgrade script provided in misc/upgrade/v4.0.
Such a script needs to be created, and added to the misc/upgrade/v4.0 of Firebird 4.0, Firebird 5.0 and Firebird 6.0, and a note needs to be added to the release notes of those three versions that people who upgraded their security DB from Firebird 3.0 need to execute the script.
