Color-coding incoming calls

Due to my eyesight, I can't differenciate between whether a name, a local phone number or an international number is calling. Therefore I'd like to propose:

• The option to have a color asigned to every type of caller.
• The standard profile picture could be colorized, depending on who is calling.
• If someone from your phonebook with a profile picture would call, the picture would not be affected.

I would propose the following categories:

• Numbers present in your phonebook

• Numbers you have manually dialed before but are not saved in your phonebook

• numbers from whithin your country not saved in your phonebook

• Numbers from outside your country not saved in your phonebook

• mobile numbers not saved in your phonebook

• Numbers not starting with "+" and are not present in your phonebook

• The colors should be changable to avoid problems for people with color blindness

• Multiple categories should be able to have the same color assignt

I'm not a programmer and therefore can't contribute myself but I would still like to make this request.
