Widgets not resizeable after increasing rows

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Go to Launcher Settings
2. Increase Row Count from default of 6 to 7
3. Add a Calendar widget
4. Try to resize it

Expected behavior

Widget can be resized the way it is resized with 6 rows

Actual behavior

Widget snaps back to original position/dimensions
