Add option to manually/ rearrange note order

Feature description

I would like to see a simple drag and drop option for my notes, so I could rearrange their order whenever needed.

Why do you want this feature?

Because the app would clearly benefit from it and the app is lacking this feature at the moment.

I believe this feature already exists (at least for me in version 1.2.0). It works well but still has a bug that makes drag-and-drop manipulation of notes impossible when notes are checked. When all notes are unchecked, it works.

Okay, sorry! But then why can I reorganize text notes? That's the whole point of having two types of notes, right? One can be reorganized, the other is just the equivalent of a sticky note, or at least that's what it seems to me.

@HarriBuh I'm not spamming, it seems... I'm just asking questions to try to understand the request and see if it's actually helpful, because right now I don't see what you're referring to.

EDIT : Ah, I just realized, you're not talking about the content of the notes but the "tabs" - I'm stupid, my apologies...
