We currently don't have any sphinx documentation. After release v0.1 it should be added....well...it should be added now, but let's be realistic. It will take about a week of time to get good documentation in place. In contrast to the GEOS repo, do we want to split the docs into their own tree instead of having some files interleaved in the src directory?
