As a: EndUser
I want: the page to automatically refresh whenever a registered MCP server triggers an event,
So that: I can see the latest updates without manual intervention.

✅ Acceptance Criteria

The page should automatically refresh when any event (e.g., registration, status change) occurs on a registered MCP server.

The list under Gateways/MCP Servers should automatically update without manual input.

The Global Tool should always reflect the current state of all MCP servers after auto-refresh.
