Missing OGC API Features test in ghcr.io/inspire-mif/helpdesk-validator/inspire-validator:2024.3

The hosted validator (https://inspire.ec.europa.eu/validator/test-selection/index.html) has the ability to validate OGC API Features download services. But the self-hosted Docker image (`ghcr.io/inspire-mif/helpdesk-validator/inspire-validator:2024.3`) does not seem to offer the ability to validate OGC API Features. 

Is this on purpose? Will a future release include this ability?
