webserver bug: Access rights from a standar group (i.e. non-primary) is not resolved correctly

When I share a project with an organization, the access-rights resolution is not correct.

1. Create an organization
   

2. App Jupyterlab is shared with its members (not the group)

3. create project with at service inside e.g. JupyuterLab
4. SHARE it with a an organization group (not users)

TIP: what if given a group_id. If standard, then find associated users and run the access rights on user level and not on organization level.

@pcrespov which deployment please? Last time I investigated the message I found out the issue is when something is shared with Group EVERYONE #6803 (comment) which we discussed with @odeimaiz we have plan to remove fully. I will look into details tomorrow.

I saw it in master but we also saw it in production today
