Inject variables in growl message

Hmm I don't really see why it is useful. You could already combine the variables on the server side and send the combined string to the client. Do you have any use case where it is really needed?

Well - interpolating params into a message is very useful when you have generic messages for actions on your site. For example these messages:

    FORM_SAVE_SUCCESS: '{{object_type}} saved successfully',
    FORM_SAVE_ERROR: 'Form save error: {{error_message}}',
    OBJECT_DELETE_SUCCESS: '{{object}} deleted successfully',
    FATAL_ERROR: "FATAL ERROR: {{exception}}. CAUSE: {{cause}}"

So you can do something like growl.success(FORM_SAVE_SUCCESS, { object_type: 'User' }); in your code, and have 1 generic message rather than a message per object type.

Forgot to add - we're actually using this interpolation stuff on the client - it just happened that pull request adds support for it generally, not just server-sent messages (where this capability is actually not needed, as you said might as well substitute on server end and send).

I merged the original pull request in this repo. It is in master branch and will be combined in the upcoming v 0.6 release. Can you test this and see if everything works like you expect? (I dont have a setup for it)
