The app shouldn't use much battery, I don't know how your device calculates battery usage and whether it competes with other app. If, for example, it's the only application on a list of 3, there's a good chance that the percentage will be higher... Here it must be because you're using a biometric unlock with temporary storage, which means that the base is in RAM to delete content at any time and a precise timer is running in the background. If you don't think this feature suits your needs, simply don't use a temporary advanced unlock. |

So under Settings > Device Unlocking, only Biometric unlocking was active. At your last sentence, did you mean "temp device unlocking" or disable temporary "device unlocking"?. I do not know what "Temp device unlocking" does. I will just use biometric unlocking like I use to since it's easier for me whether it uses more battery or not, but you are correct that it can be out of 3 apps the usage can go up. |
