Hello! Creating this feature request based on a discussion with @MiniDigger and others about using the Editor API in a nickname plugin.

It would be great if we had the ability to disable specific buttons in the online viewer when using the Editor API, as it currently shows all of the formatting buttons to the user.

An example use case is in a nickname plugin where you may want to have limits to what formatting can be used, for example, only allowing users to apply named colours, bold, and italic formatting to their nickname. Being able to hide other formatting buttons (like strikethrough, hover, click commands, etc) would make it much clearer what's available to the user, and prevent people trying to create nicknames with click commands and the like in them.
