Only 30 repos are shown in libraries

Hi y'all!

I've recently noticed that only 30 repositories are shown in the libraries list but there are currently 94.

There are three ways I could think to fix this:

1. Add a notice, that these are only the first 30 repositories and sort them using the github api, so only top repos are shown
2. Show more repos, although the current limit seems to be 100 repos
3. Use paging to show all repositories, maybe even with backend paging and a "Show more"-Button

I'd be happy PRing the proposed change once we decide on one.
