Having lot of issues trying to use this tool

Hey,

I've been trying to setup a simple project with MRTK3 and I encouter many issues.

When using the tool:

• The tool install deprecated packages, which it recommends not to install. Problem, it's very difficult to know which packages are going to be installed and you have to go one by one (it is recommended to not install com.microsoft packages, however, some are dependencies for org packages)
• Compilation errors when project start due to missing reference in assemblies

Manually:

I tried to install packages from the repository directly, installed only one package to be safe and encountered:

• Compilation errors
• API updates

So my question is: is this still working on newer version of Unity and what am I doing wrong ?
