Hello! I am a researcher working on precise machine control applications using the HoloLens 2. Unfortunately, the built-in hand tracking of the HoloLens 2 was not quite as precise and accurate as we would like, so we decided to try a Leap Motion 2 as a solution instead. According to documentation online, the Leap Motion is compatible with the HoloLens 2 standalone in MRTK 2 using the data provider architecture, however I cannot find much data on standalone support for the Leap Motion in MRTK 3 projects. I have gotten the Leap Motion to work with MRTK 3 in Holographic Remoting mode using the OpenXR hand tracking provider and the Leap Motion tethered directly to the PC, however what I really need is support for the device connected to the USB-C port on the HoloLens 2 in standalone mode. I figured I would ask here to see if there is any documentation on support for this that I may be missing? Any and all information would be greatly appreciated! I'm definitely willing to get my hands dirty before I consider downgrading to MRTK 2!
