PCA9685 library issue

Hi,

I am getting this error after even after installing the PCA9685 library. attached is the serial output

Expected 0x41, 0x73 or 0x79, but got FF
No controller found, check wiring, see readme.txt to enaFind PCA9685
StartController mode not matched or no controller found
