Get Started Button

i think it would be much more intuitive if the get started button took you to the base "Learn" page that has links to documentation api and tutorials, i find myself going to the website to get to the docs and finding myself lost.

TLDR: Get Started should link to https://docs.monogame.net/

Merging the original PR, but keeping the issue open, as with this change, we need a flashy way with one click to take new users from the Learn page directly to the 2D tutorial, as it is the nest "getting started" resource available.

Less clicks = happier newcommers
