Currently the blueprint (and NVIngest) supports different types of documents. However, we would love to have support for both csv files and Excel files as both seem to be missing from the list of supported document types.

Feature Description

As a developer, I want to be able to deploy the NVIDIA RAG blueprint so that the users can also ingest .csv and Excel documents.

Both csv and excel files types are added as supported types.
