Oh, also introduced a testing workflow against dev PyNWB branch to get a heads up about potential issues here. Good thing too, there's a bunch of issues showing up with those new 'on construct' errors for ImageSeries. Will fix in separate PR |

Related to PyNWB dev PR NeurodataWithoutBorders/pynwb#1511 for allowing API access to validation using cached namespaces, this propagates it to the NWB Inspector validation capability and ensure it works correctly.
