CMSIS-View: "Solution could not be loaded" on minimal debugger setup #46

This x.csolution.zip is a minimal debugger setup. It requires no projects and does not need to build any artifacts. This perfectly passes cbuild setup but does not load in VSCode CMSIS Solution -> CMSIS-View
Expectation: the CMSIS-View shows device / board information.
