Subdirectory permissions bits not updated upgrading from GE-Proton9-26 -> GE-Proton9-27

When comparing the file hierarchies of GE-Proton9-26 and GE-Proton9-27, the subdirectory permissions GE-Proton9-27/files/share/default_pfx/drive_c/Program Files (x86)/Microsoft and its descendent directories where changed to be less permissive, namely from octal modes 0755 to 0700. As a result, umu-launcher will not update to the new permissions on delta update.

In practice, I expect this change to be harmless and to not affect the functionality of the Proton build. Though, strictly for correctness, I think it would good to change the permissions.
