why does winget search find Microsoft.DSC.Preview version 3.2.2 when there is no such release?

@eabase - check out the discussion on: microsoft/winget-pkgs#274051. There were some issues with it back in the days :(

Don't quite get it from that thread. Seem like someone decided to use the "path" as a way to determine the version, which is obviously a very bad idea. Or at least should be obvious...
