Add a home/welcome screen when no editors are open

Requested Feature

When you open RetroED, the window aside from the menu bar is purely blank, and options in the menu bar such as Open are greyed out. This can confuse someone who doesn't already know how to open an editor. The solution to this to add a Home Screen when no editors are open; this could be a menu with buttons that open editors and possibly a recently opened file list, or it could at least show some text explaining how to open an editor from the menu bar.
