The ability to drag n' drop files into the editor when using a tool

I feel like it can get annoying to have to either find or copy and paste the dictionary for the file that you're trying to import or select. Usually, before I edit or import a file into RetroED (or anything really for that matter) I have the folder open with the file, so having the ability to drag and drop files from a File Explorer window directly into RetroED would be nice, although only allow you to do so if the respective tool for the file is open.
