Removing Dell bloatware

How hard would it be to add the removal of Dell bloatware to the script? Some stupid "AI-powered" Dell Optimizer app is now installing "Purchased Software" automatically on my machines I don't want installed in my environment. I've created an Intune uninstall package for it, but I'd like to just nuke it along with other crapware that this script handles.

I can generally figure out what others' Powershell code is trying to do but am not really an expert in writing Powershell from scratch quite yet.
