bug: ReVanced Patches release time is bugged

Bug description

When ReVanced Patches v5.30.0 was released, Manager showed that the release was out for 6h though it wasn't even an hour. Right now it's showing 9h when the release was 3h ago.

Could be a timezone thing

That really shouldn't be the case though, why is the release time dependent on the time zone? A release time should be consistent and accurately reflect the actual launch, regardless of the user's location. It creates unnecessary confusion otherwise.
