feat: Redesign patches info page

Feature description

Move version to title, merge email and username: (), name is duplicate can be removed

Also

this can be moved to the same section next to the metadata. Or, add a metadata title for the meta info section

Motivation

Better UX (closely related items put close together)

• I have chosen an appropriate title.
• The feature request is only related to ReVanced Manager.

1. Move version to title, you've previously said the opposite (feat: Set patch bundle title to patch bundle name & version #2497 (comment)), should I still add it?
2. Name is duplicate can be removed, the 2nd metadata field is not the name but the description, which could be the same but could also add further context.

The other 2 points makes sense to me.
