feat: FAQ/troubleshooting page

Allows us to migrate FAQ/troubleshooting from our social media into the website, this allows the ability to:

• elegantly link to specific sections using header/link targets without needing to unnecessarily numerate questions
• unify our FAQ instead of maintaining them separately in each platform
