#314 Fix/Feature addition

Added a feature to add specific contacts from phone's contacts list one at a time.

• Added a Button in fragment_dialog_add_contact.xml
• Added methods to control the workflow for adding the phone contacts in Olympus
• Added a permission in to read contacts in Main activity

Working on importing all of the phone's contacts in Olympus directly (Without adding the contacts one by one)
