[Important] I hope to support reading Claude Skills. In practice, I have found that using claude skills to execute rooCode does not work well

I've created a script that pretty much adds Agent Skills support. Just run the script in the project folder and it would make Roo aware of the skills. It creates a "Skills Index" file describing how what skills are available and how to "use" the skills.
