🔁 Steps to Reproduce

  1. I create a task using Orchestrator that requires another subtask to be completed.
  2. The subtask completes, but the provider gets a disconnection in the meantime.

💥 Outcome Summary

I expected either an error message or a completed subtask and a way to return to the parent task. However, the task is left in a "gray state" - the engine isn't running, but the button to either cancel or finish task and return is greyed out, making it impossible to do anything in that task. The only way to do anything is to close VSCode / restart extension host. After that is done, the subtask is left without any information that it's a subtask, meaning it's impossible to complete it, so I have to manually report to the main task that it was done and/or paste the result if it was an architect task.
