[BUG] auto approuve no more working #9190
Description
Problem (one or two sentences)
after the latest update my roo code is now asking for approuved all mcp request, but i have marked them all as auto approuved
Context (who is affected and when)
all usage of MCP tool by the agent
Reproduction steps
use past version, setting it for auto approuved
apply latest update
ask agent to use an mcp tool
allway asking for human approuved

should go a head alone

asking for human approuved on mcp usage
